I hold a BSc in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition, along with a range of certifications that add plenty of letters after my name—most of which don’t mean much to most people. What does matter is that I’m certified, and I stay that way. One of my biggest pet peeves in the industry is trainers who either lack certification or fail to keep theirs up to date. Fitness professionals have a responsibility to stay informed and continue their education. Over the years, I’ve worn just about every hat in the fitness industry—from personal training and program design to spotting members on the gym floor. I’ve also worked at the highest levels, serving as Director of Operations for multiple facilities. I’ve seen a lot, done a lot, and learned a lot—and I bring that experience into everything I do.

Logan Rempel
Logan Rempel is a Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT), co-owner of T3 Fitness and Kinesiology, and the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Holland Hurricanes Men’s Basketball team. Logan is committed to elevating Kinesiology as a vital part of the modern healthcare continuum—using movement, strength training, and education to bridge the gap between clinical rehabilitation and long-term health.
With experience as a professional basketball player and collegiate all-conference athlete, Logan understands the demands of performance, recovery, and real-life movement. His coaching philosophy is built on the belief that exercise is one of the most powerful forms of preventative healthcare. While physiotherapists and occupational therapists help clients reduce pain and restore basic function, Logan’s role as a Kinesiologist is to continue that progression—guiding individuals back to full strength, confidence, and independence through structured, evidence-based movement programs.
Logan holds diplomas in Kinesiology and Sport & Recreation Management and is completing his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. At T3, he specializes in supporting people recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or seeking a safer, more personalized approach to fitness. His mission is to make high-quality movement coaching accessible and to establish Kinesiology as an essential pathway to lifelong health and resilience.
